These terms govern your use of TipsterCheck. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What we are (and aren't)

TipsterCheck is an independent review and information platform. We do not sell betting tips, place bets, or provide betting, investment or financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to gamble. Ratings and Trust Scores reflect reputation and user feedback only and are not a prediction of results.

2. Eligibility & responsible gambling

You must be 18 or over to use this site. Gambling carries risk — please read our responsible gambling guidance and never bet more than you can afford to lose.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Reviews & user content

• Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not be false, defamatory, abusive or unlawful.
• One review per user per tipster. You may edit your own review.
• We may moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these terms, and we reserve the right to remove fake or fraudulent reviews.
• By posting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the site.

5. Affiliate links & sponsorship

Some links are affiliate links and some listings are paid ("Sponsored"). These never affect our ratings. See how we make money for full detail.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design and its original content are owned by TipsterCheck or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep information accurate, we don't warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including gambling losses) arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information on it.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
